The Enviropeel Material

Enviropeel is a sprayable thermoplastic with built-in corrosion inhibitors for active protection against galvanic, pitting and atmospheric corrosion. Prevents water, dust, and contaminant ingress and isolates vulnerable components from corrosive environments. The material is reusable, non-toxic and contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). When inspection or replacement is required, it can quickly be cut and peeled away to reveal the protected surface. Removed material can be returned to the unit for re-application.

Where can I use Enviropeel?
 

On almost anything that is vulnerable to corrosion: stored components and equipment, conveyor bearings, bolted systems and structures of all kinds including valves and flanges, offshore and onshore installations, transit and corrosion protection for parts and machinery.

A&E Group manufacture a range of equipment designed to suit most tasks, from the Slugger unit above to the twin-pump unit on the right. Custom-built units for specific purposes are available, such as the twin-detector unit specially designed for LPG carriers, pictured below.

The Slugger 170 is part of range of equipment designed to apply Enviropeel, an exciting recent development in anti-corrosion coating technology that has saved industry millions of dollars in lost infrastructure. It is a small hand-held unit that is mainly used for repair and servicing of existing Enviropeel installations, but which can also be used for small applications on its own.
